Crazy I am soooo exhausted!

Well, I hope everyone had a nice Christmas and is enjoying the season. Not too many returns I hope?

I visited with my daughter, her husband, and two grandsons for the holiday from Sunday through this morning and then we traveled two hours back to Richmond. On the day after Christmas I slept for about 15 hours. Got up at 12:00 noon and back to bed by 12:40pm and slept until 3:30pm. After getting up early this morning to say goodbye to my daughter and grandsons, the trip home, I'm exhausted, sore, and very weak. We stayed over an extra night and I didn't have any of my meds for the extra night and today with me. Boy, can I tell it now!

I know it will take me through the weekend to recover. I went to Great Clips and had my beard shaved off. The girl had so much fun doing it she only charged me $5. I gave her a $2 tip. My wife hated the beard but wanted me to keep my long hair and put it into a ponytail. I think I look rediculous but she loves it, so I will keep the long hair for a while to see if I get used to it.

Have to go to a movie and dinner this evening and then get up early again tomarrow to take my son, who is visiting from Chicago, back to the airport so he can catch his flight to Las Vegas where he will be celebrating the New Year with many of his college buddies. Maybe then I can get some down time and recover. Don't get me wrong, we had an awesome Christmas holiday and it was nice having the whole family together.

Keep powering through the holidays but try not to overdue. Like I'm NOT preaching to the chior here or what?
