boy howdy on the smiling. my daughters and i were baking up a storm right before christmas. a 5 hour marathon. one snapped a candid picture of me. frown city. ugh. pure ugly. the marvels of digital camera's./...you get to see the pic then delete. so she took another with a dazzeling smile. learned my lesson. smile smile. i swear it makes your face look thinner too.

i am enjoying a nice hot cup of tea. just a bit of lemon. i feel so good about it. i noticed my coffee creamer has 1g of fat in every teaspoon. and i'm sure i use 2 or 3 tablespoons. i just saved 6 g of fat! so instead of missing my cup o joe...i'm doing the happy dance.
