Thanks again Tena. I buy flaxseed because it is cheap here, my wife grind it for me and I take 2 spoons daily, mixed with one tea spoon of mucuna powder. I add one spoon of honey and just enough water to make it a cream. It tastes ok and has the added value of prvoiding my daily badly needed dose of fibre
We also make a point of eating fish or tuna at least once a week.
