dm...you reminded me of an awesome way to really cut calories and fat.

instead of pie in a crust, serve it like a parfee'. (sp) serve it in a pretty wine glass.

get out the nice stuff. make your setting pretty. even if it's just for yourself. carrot sticks and celery look more appitizing on a pretty little china plate...than a paper plate.
