How comfortable is it fitting over the "gals" ?

I think using it at night would be even more helpful, to me personally. I'm always waking up in a crimped position with my left ear and shoulder too close to each other (and we all know what that means ) Maybe get a second one ? Did your insurance cover it or was it private pay ?
