the first day I put it on myself I wasn't very uncomfortable but I think I got the hang of it now. When put on correctly it really helps. As for the "girls" it's not too flattering or should it say it's flattening and I'm not a small gal in that department
I must say I do have to adjust it for that reason. If was probably made with a man in mind as it really doesn't cover the "other half". The other thing I noticed is that if I wear it over a shirt i have to adjust it several times a day. If I wear it under my clothes it's hot (it's neoprene like wearing a diver's wet suit). It really doesn't rub when under my clothes, just hot.
I do feel a difference if I havent worn it for a day. So i'm thinking it's starting to help.
