What did he die from?? -- the cause on the death certificate?? It sounds to me like there could be a real strong case made for manipulation -- 3 days before death he had to be really-really sick

Also, if he didn't also change the insurance policy, maybe a case could be made that changing the will was not his intent.

My EX created a very complicated "family trust" that disowned his kids and left the house to his wife to use as long as she was alive, then it was to go to his oldest boy. She bided her time -- a year and a half or so and then sold the place out from under everybody. Totally illegal. But, no one wanted to do anything but me and I have no rights or interests. Real expensive lesson for his kids to learn

I hope you find a way to straighten this out without having to get a law degree (or an ulcer).
