Default The Scope of PN

I found this while cruising the net for info on small fiber and this article I think touched on some aspect that are often lost in a lot of articles on PN.

Joint issues such as dysfunction and deformity, sicca syndrome, gastrointestinal and the other autonomic issues. This article clearly states this can happen just from PN, not counting secondary diagnoses, which was the first time I ever saw it in writing, even tho my doc told me this stuff.

As it says in the last line that fortunately this doesn't happen to most people with PN, but there are some folks on here, who seem to have lucked out with the worst to 'almost worst' case scenario, with a the issues I mentioned above. I thought this article explained it pretty well.

It has probably been posted before and I missed it...
