I've just jumped in and eliminated all gluten almost a month ago.
I can't say that so far I'm really noticing much of a difference in the way I feel so I'm relieved to see that sometimes it takes awhile to see a difference!

Now I'm contemplating getting the genetic testing done on my children to see if they carry the 'gluten gene' too.
