Thanks for posting this article Carolyn.
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
Exercise definitely helps me.
No matter how bad I feel beforehand when I dive into a pool, the ocean, go for a walk or visit the gym I ALWAYS feel better afterwards.
Imark, same here regarding the exercise bike. I have one collecting dust at home but find the companionship plus of course the membership fees motivation enough to enjoy the surroundings of a gym more.
