Nope, not exaggerating at all.
It was an implementation project that was ongoing for one year. We were implementing a software and operational process into a new country, which functioned on an entirely different basis then the country we bought it from. The problems were complex.
Many, many days were spent brain-storming, which is usually the case in this type of project. The "doing" is easy, the "thinking" is not . . .
