Default Tool Kit for the Expert (and not so) Web Searcher

This is from:
"Library & Information Technology Association" (LITA)
My wife is one of them.....I generally tell her what's up with finding "stuff", but, there are occasions when she actually does know and is aware of things I do not or am not

Librarians are good people to know. If you are ever at a major teaching/research hospital they most likely have one there, the specialist medical and research library types have an amazing assortment of resources at hand, and can be of great assistance to you.
Get in good with a good librarian, and you will soon know and have more up-to-date knowledge about what is wrong with you than any of your physicians do. But, be forewarned, that little act of self education seems to upset many (but not all) of them immensely.

Just go to the URL

A very good piece of work this is:

>>>> "Tired of endless lists of Web search tools that give you no guidance as to which ones to use? Or that were last updated when Gophers were alive? I'm inviting you to look over my shoulder and use what I use every day for Web searching in an academic library. I keep up with this stuff so you don't have to!" <<<<

I hope some all y'all find this somewhat useful..............
