Welcome Creativepath! Sorry that you are having such a rough time w/your back. I have 2 herniated discs, L-4/L-5. They are better than they used to be, but it's something that I have just had to manage on my own.

Outside of having surgery, I know when to push it. Riding in a car is really hard for me if it's very far.
