There are many theories and problems with saline implants. First being is that we have microscopic mold and bacteria just floating around so its almost impossible to not have something start growing inside. Also, there are doctors that don't fill the implants properly. Also, saline only has a two year shelf life.
Then there are the faulty valves. Many of the implants have faulty valves. My implants had a bi-directional flow and that is how all that bacteria started to grow in there.
Some of these implants are so toxic inside that if they were to rupture, they could kill you.
