Just so you know, I had to make an order at iherb for my husband (he uses inositol powder) so I ordered R lipoic and benfotiamine. I am going to try both,
to see what happens. They were very reasonable in price and I can afford them.
My fasting sugar was slightly higher this check up from last, so I would like to see it down. And I still get some burning...not as much as last year, but it is still there. The severe weather change we had (50 degree change) really hurt!
So I will post on a new thread any improvements I see.
