Ketamine 100mg-150mg/day
Dihydrocodeine (similar to Vicodin I think?) - 80mg 3/4 times day
Diazipam up to 20mg day
Baclofen up to 110mg day
Paracetemol 1mg 4x day
Nortriptylene 30mg night
Ibuprofen 400mg 3x day
Trihexyphenidryl 38mg day

I personally think that the ketamine is the most useful drug I have ever used - far more effective than morphine, oxycontin or anything else - it has made such a difference to me and my quality of life. Well. I don't think I'd be at uni without it. Have you tried things like amytrip/ nortrip? or catapres/ clonidine?
