Hi all,

I've been missing in action for awhile. I'm having a lot of stress, depression, loneliness, and anxiety since my husband passed. I cannot seem to eat right either. One thing I've noticed though is that I'm not eating as much chocolate for some reason on the days that I loose all my appetitte. I hope everyone else is doing better than me.

It is cold here in the mid Atlantic state I live in. Before today the weather was rather hot, just like late Spring.
