Hi Befuddled. I don't know what it is like to lose a mate firsthand. I do know from my Mom and others close to me, it sure is not easy. The divorce was hard enough and then adding death, must compound the situation even more. You have a lot on your plate to deal with right now. Hope the Lord will bless you with some peace and healing soon. Try not to stay away...you are loved here and missed. Have you tried posting on the grief forum yet? I don't go there, since I feel it is for those that need it and it's personal. I wonder if it could give you some comfort, from others that understand so well the emotions that have to be dealt with. My heart is with you and I wish we could sit down over a cup of coffee and visit. The only problem with the internet is not being able to hug each other in person.
