Call your old shrink's office and ask for a renewal of the Adderall, assuming that he was the one who prescribed it. Running out of your CNS, considering how overwhelmed you feel, is unthinkable. You can explain to him, or to his office clerk, whomever you speak to, about the postponing of your new shrink's appointment requiring you to fall back on your former doc in this emergency. He is a professional. Expect him to behave like one.
