Hi Deb,
The deep bone pain of RSD/CRPS is thought to be in part from osteoporosis.
There are times when our serum calcium can be normal or high but our bones are deficient.
Pamidronate Infusions have been used to try and move some calcium from our blood into the bones to help relieve the pain.
I wonder if you would be a candidate for this treatment.

Unfortunately whilst too low serum calcium is detrimental to us, too high serum calcium is also as it can cause renal problems and vascular issues when calcium deposits itself in places it shouldn't be.
I have had Pamidronate Infusions which unfortunately made me very sick as I quickly became calcium deficient in my blood, I now take Calcium supplements daily to try and keep this regulated.
Good luck with this, I hope you can get some normality back to your levels soon.
