Thanks you lot. This is now getting even funnier. I just got off the phone with our insurance company to tell them what had transpired. They informed me that the MS Clinic had actually called them LAST WEEK. They were told at that time that they didn't need pre-approval for my MRI! Just another wasted day in Paradise.
