Mrs D,

Thanks for responding.

I am drinking the green tea from le-nature's. It is sweetened with honey and only contains the tea and a little vit C.

I don't want the artificial sweetners unless it is stevia and I have not found any with that in it. Nor do I want Ginseng, it has never agreed with me. I also don't want the kind adulterated with all those flavors. By the time they get through adding things there is hardly room for the tea in the bottle, LOL.

I think I will try the green tea concentrate or mix what ever they call it and liquid stevia. all I would have to do is pour the concentrate in the bottle (a little on the lazy side).

Have to try the smoked Yerba Mate but not sure whether or not I will like it. Green tea is also for varicose veins and heart, etc.

Hope you are doing good and some of your physical problems are better.

Take care.
