I read through the cookware...I had no idea copper bottom pans need to be re-tinned Does anyone here actually have their re-tinned? I know mine gets a bit scraped up...esp after dh uses a fork to scrub off burnt applesauce...But somehow I thought as long as it was still steel looking, it was fine...
