Many report dreams on Bcomplex. The condition pyroluria, which is a loss of B6 and zinc
from the body due to an error of metabolism in the liver...causes
loss of dreaming.

I think the B6 is elemental for this. Increasing your B6 status will help with
dreams.

Another thing that causes vivid dreaming is inositol.. I found that a very
strong correlation. (inositol used to be lumped together with B's...so check your formula and see if it is in there). If it is, then it could be contributing to
more dreaming for you.
