For now, I'm there every 2 or 3 months, but it's usually way too hectic to do anything outside of family. I have demands from a mom who is dying to see me, a niece and nephews who want to play and a sister who wants me to hang out with her and take her away like calgon! I leave exhausted and feeling guilty because noone got enough time with me!

I lived in Woodstock back in the early 90s. I know exactly where your DH works! My mom is right down the street. Very, very small world! How cool is that?
Oh Greta,
I'm terribly sorry about your nephew, but as you know most of the CP children do very well these days with early intervention. The area around MARTA is referred to as "PILL HILL" as there are 3 hospitals on each of the 4 corners. It's a mass exodus at shift change. I feel for the employees who work 7-3. I understand being so busy when you are here. When we go back home to Michael's we are pulled in all directions trying to see everyone in a small period of time. It IS very demanding and exhausting. I have not been out to Woodstock as of yet, but we have many patients from that area. Atlanta is SO BIG!!!

What a coincidence that your Mom lives near the Siemans plant. It's rather large. We were transferred to this plant from Fla. last year. Michael has been very impressed with the way this one is run and the size of the facility. He wishes we lived a tad closer, and I'm happy to be close to the hospital as I have to go in during the middle of the nights for women in labour. I'd hate to have to drive any further. As it is, I've almost missed a few deliveries, but the good thing about Northside is there are always plenty of CNM's or OB's around.

Yes, it is a SMALL WORLD!
