Technically I shouldn't say I eat a vegan diet because I do consume honey. Honey is an animal product, and therefore isn't vegan. So a recipe with honey should not be labeled vegan (I just went back and changed one of mine to reflect this - you'd think I'd know better! ).

As for me, I don't know all the rules of SCD, so I will just leave that designation off any recipes I post!"
