The casein intolerance testing is another good question.

Enterolab tests for both these things. Other IgG food allergy testing looks at casein, too, right?

There are other tests for intestinal permeability, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment. If nobody else has an answer to this on the tip of their tongue... I'll try to find an answer for you. This was not a very good one!
