Have you tried Elavil? I take it at night for nerve pain but I occasionally take it during the day if nothing else works.
I have a pretty good cocktail of meds right now for me as you probably already know but with Cymbalta, Neurontin and Elavil the pain is manageable. Not gone tho.
I don't get relief from just pain meds but I take a Vicodin sometimes because it at least lets me sleep.
The reminds me, have to go take my meds.
