Judy-
I can't remember if you've mentioned it, but are you logging everything you eat and drink? Maybe that would help. Before you can eat something, you have to take the time to find your notebook, and your pen, measure out a portion size, then write it down with some nutritional info (I'm tracking calories, fat, and fiber). I also watched a program yesterday where they mentioned noting your mood as well. That way you can help recognize when you are emotionally (bored, sad, angry, happy) eating. I know that when I write it down, I'm a lot more careful about what I put in my mouth. Maybe it would help?
