Mobic is anti inflammatory - my rheumy gave it to me. Kind of like cellebrex its a COX 2 inhibitor or something.

Ultram is pain killer. But thats because I also have a lot of pain from TOS in addition to fibro.

Also have conected a lot of my fibro pain to mentrual cycles and gyn doc is suspecting endometriosis which causes those prostraglandin pain hormones. Endo is linked to high % of people with fibro.
