And, Moose, sorry, but I just have a thing agianst Jello. Can't make myself make or eat flavored sugar water with gelatin. Even with added fruit, there are SO many empty calories there. Just my pet peeve about Jello.
But, I'll hang out for a week or so, and hope some parents who haven't signed up yet step up to the plate for a meal. If not, I'll consider signing up for another one, and I can use some of those ideas if I do.
Moose, how would you fix the fries? frozen fries in the oven? Or in a skillet? It might take a long time to do enough for 20 HS boys!

That's the beauty of it.
Bake the fries.
Buy some canned chili and shredded cheese. Let the guys choose to mix it or keep it seperate.
And JellO is cheap and super easy. Keep in mind these kids aren't looking for "healthy". Hopefully they'll appreciate a meal from a wonderful woman.
