hey Judy,

Understand your struggle. I have about 30 more to go, and keep going up/down with the same 5 - at a plateau. I know water weight can be good for a few pounds difference, and the days I'm not great with the water, tends to be the days I eat junk too (like right now)!

journaling is great - I should get back to it. It helps too on days you know you have plans, like going out to lunch. you can plan lighter breakfast/snack and same with dinner. sometimes, small rewards can help, like after 3 lbs, can get a magazine I want, 5 lbs, a book, etc...

hopefully will join you on the exercise soon - loved the "dreadmill".

hang in there - you've already accomplished a lot! you have a lot to be proud of, so don't be too hard on yourself.
