Unless otherwise specified, keeping them in a cool (just not near heat) dark place should be okay (but not necessarily the fridge -- not always okay). It will usually say on the bottle but if you're in doubt, call the company or look at the manufacturer's website. All my oils (Evening Primrose, fish, flax, etc.) are stored in the fridge and it does say that on the bottle as well.
