CayoKay, I hear the back trouble and frayed around the edges.
I just hate how MS makes everything seen so much worse.
I don't know what your particular back problem is, but mine is spasm, so I find that, laying on your back and bringing your knews up to your nose, is a great stretch and helps to strengthen the back muscles.
MSCherokee, My DH grew up in Union and Englewood. You and I and Kimmy will have to meet for coffee or a beer sometime.
I hear you on the Avonex, my body couldn't take it either. My Neuro wouldn't script LDN either.., so I have a Doc who i have a phone appt with, every 4 months and He Scripts the LDN for me. I got his name from the LDN site. Let me know if you want it.

Bets and Welcome. I'm sorry about your pain..Are you taking anything for it? I guess it's not working so well, if you are. Standing on concrete, most likely, didn't help, but on the good side, at least you could stand.

Koala77, tell me about the cement blocks.. Although in the wintertime, mine are not so bad, but I know, that's the opposite for most MSers. I hope your muscles relax for you, soon..
