The juicer is like that 80 plus Jack guy on tv. What ever he does sure works. He looks great. I have no idea what to put in there. I like smoothies. You can make your own v8 juice. That seems healthy. The holistic doc was saying how fruit juices even if 100 juice are still not the greatest choice better a v8. I think it is better to eat fruit in the whole yet I think the juice would be better then the candy I eat.
