I just do it every morning and every night after I brush my teeth. I'm glad you were finally able to go. But, this is not a symptom that I would take lightly, it's just part of our lives.

Thanks, Chris, my neuro called and I am to call in first thing tomorrow with a full report, and we may have to take action. She was relieved that I'm going now and even asked if I've been under unusual stress.
So, if I keep going as usual, I don't need to call in until tomorrow. Here's hoping!
