Had some gumbo(no rice) for supper tonight...very tasty even though it was 90 degrees today...I feel fall a coming!

I made it about 40 minutes on the treadmill this morning and will make it the rest of this week.
I am going out to lunch tomorrow...this will be hard to be good.
chicken ceasar salad sounds good!
The asian chicken salad at bennegans sounds even better!
