I've never taken Copaxone, but since I hear many people take their injections at night (I did when I was on Betaferon), perhaps you could try taking it in the morning and see if that helps?
There is a prescription mouth rinse that your DDS can prescribe for "dry mouth syndrome". Many women suffer from dry mouth and dry eye syndrome who are not diagnosed with MS. There are several different ones available, and I don't believe that they are too steep in price.
