Thanks Jeff, yes I have been doing indoor cycling on and off since Nov. I started with 15 min. and slowly worked my way up to 30 min., but pushed a bit hard last week and had to back off. I use a heartrate monitor and need to keep my heartrate pretty low or I will get dizzy. I was inspired by Barry Willer, but am not sure that this is doing much. At least I am doing some exercising.
