In Alaska, in the state's CONSTITUTION it allows for each household to have up to 3 ounces legally and you can carry less than an ounce on your person, or in your car, as long as you are not using it

Now the law clearly states that you

1. Can't grow it
2. Can't sell it
3. Can't buy it

But you CAN possess it, smoke it and have it in your home with out fear of retribution

So....there you go....
