Lightbulb my only concern would

be the yeast in that apple cider vinegar... Not good for people with yeast
intolerance, etc.

This type of vinegar and also wines that are fermented in the bottle, like
champagne can set of gout in sensitive people as well. High purine content.

Fermented foods like vinegar may require more Thiamine in the diet or as a supplement. B1
