This is a very nice letter Frogie. My words exactually! You need a motivator. LOL! Its not me, as you well know. Easy to say, very hard to do. It helps if you can go to a class where others inspire you. I wish we lived closer together, for we would find a way or die shopping. We need a good plan. Anyone know of one? My problem, I don't like the foods on some plans. Like chicken and turkey or fish. lol
