Only SHelley can make Shelley what she wants to be. No one can do this for us no matter how long we wait.

The best I did was when I went on a planned meal plan where the food was delivered everyday outside my door (you can get anything in LA). I did it for 2 months and kept all the daily menus and then was able to recreate it myself and learned portion control and how to put foods together.

We can do this (shoving rest of purple hearts my fave into mouth)
