not planning to climb the roof .. I think that the 'caulking' is cracked after the heating dudes were up there setting up the furnace (which is in the closet space next to the bathroom) ... I'm cool with it ...
thanks ... I was thinking about getting the ladder ... then had another thought and forgot about the ladder!
