I had Select Grains w/oatmeal & yogurt for breakfast, leftover spaghetti for lunch. So far, I'm ok. Today will not be a scale day for me. Once a week is enough. 40 lbs. (2 holiday turkeys) is my goal.
With mobility issues, this won't be easy. That may be part of the problem. I eat well, but don't move well, therefore not burning calories the way I used to.
