I am so glad you found a good dr. It really does make a difference.

I am in the industry and I am ashamed of those that do not care.
FYY D.Os (Osteopaths) sometimes are better at this because they are trained differently.
I am hoping that those of you that had problems reported the problems to ther person, office manager, Human Resouce, and or health plan. We as health care customers have to take care to eliminate this from happening.

I have fired a physician from my case before and I would do it again if I had to.
