I wonder that I'm not even going to go into detail about the breakdown at my best friend's house yesterday and today. Suffiice it to say, she had a complete meltdown (bipolar) and hasn't been taking her meds, took it out on her granddaughter (one of my godchildren) and I interceded. Have to pat myself on the back. When she finished yelling at me and going on a horrendously ugly tirade, I simply asked if she was taking her meds. She wasn't and forgot and she took them and we talked and tonight all is well.

I'm emotionally exhausted. But okay.
