I read Full Catastrophe Living as well, and I agree, it was a good use of my time. Acupuncture also seemed to help, and my exercise regimen, and I say regimen, from the time I could only barely even walk across a pool because the grouted spaces were so painful, to yoga lite, to swimming, and yoga medium, and swimming, and weight training, . . . but it was slow slow slow s l o w progress.

Also, my psychologist reminded me that my pain/disease doesn't define me--that it's only one part of the big picture of who I am. That helped a lot.
