Default Hi,

Alot of what GnP and Jo are saying makes a lot of sense. After eating wrong over the holidays I ended up with a bladder infection and I am sure I am dealing with inflammation throughout my body now. I have also been eating a lot of oranges and grapefruit so there might be some truth to the theory on that too.

Another thing is the tea, I drink tea last night and it was decaf and it started my bladder pain again. I am slowly figuring out what I can and can't eat and drink. I am not big on sugar but I do use the sweeteners. My Dr. has asked me switch to Splenda but it's so expensive.

I have no doubt that a diet is important for the pain to be kept in check. If a person wrote down the foods they ate that they don't usually eat then they could soon figure out what not to eat. When we get stomach problems the one thing a Dr. always ask is what you had to eat that day.

This thread is a good reminder for me.

Thanks,
Ada
