living on the Caribbean for the last three years, I have had the least symptoms since 1990.

so, it's not just temporary for me.... although January and February are especially nice here.

everyone else's mileage may vary, but the slow pace, and the lack of schedules, stresses, traffic, noise, sirens, planes, trains, etc... (not to mention no alarm clocks or car alarms, lol!) has worked a sort of magic upon me...
